Smoke grenades and other pyrotechnics are classified as hazardous products.
We are legally required to use a specialist hazmat courier to deliver your order. This incurs a cost of $18 per delivery.
For orders over $99, we will cover the cost and provide you with FREE delivery.
- Orders placed before 1pm PST will be processed and shipped same day. All orders placed after 1pm PST will be processed and shipped next business day (excluding Holidays)
- Once an order has been processed, it may take 3-5 business days to arrive based on where in the continental US it is being shipped to
- Should any changes to the order need to be made (i.e. color changes), communication must be made prior to the order shipping. Once an order has left the warehouse, changes cannot be made
- FedEx will attempt to deliver 3 times. If unsuccessful, they will hold the package for 5 business days for the customer to pick up. Should that window expire, FedEx will then return the package to us. Returned packages will either be refunded less the shipping, or we offer a 1x courtesy reship
- Signature is required by someone 18+ on every delivery. This cannot be waived.
- Once an order has left the warehouse, the shipping address cannot be changed due to regulations of specialty hazmat shipping. Customers should call FedEx with the tracking number and either request a hold at the sorting facility for direct pick up – or – schedule their delivery at a time that is convenient for the customer. (Side note: the closest FedEx facility may be hours away as Hazmat products must be held at the official sorting FedEx center)
- Due to the nature of the products, orders cannot be delivered to a FedEx retail hub (i.e. Walgreens, Shipping Stores, etc)
- Due to the nature of the products, orders cannot be delivered to a POBox
- Priority or expedited shipping is not available due to regulations of specialty hazmat shipments. Ground is the only available option
- We cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico due to the regulations of specialty hazmat shipping
- We can no longer ship to Massachusetts
Returns and Cancellations
Due to the nature of our smoke products and the specialist manner of which they are required to ship, smoke units cannot be returned to us.
If there is an issue with the order or any product contained within, customers should call us directly to discuss. As we stand behind our products, should one be found faulty or defective, we will refund the customer the unit price. (We do request proof be provided – pictures, video, etc).
Orders will only be refunded in full if cancelled prior to shipping and/or FedEx has been found at fault for the customers order issue
